Fees & Services
HOA fees at The Farm are $95 per month, paid via auto-draft from your bank; arranged at closing. The HOA maintains architectural consistency and enforces covenants that help protect the value of the homes in the neighborhood. The HOA also maintains community green spaces, trees, and plantings, and in the winter, shovels community sidewalks and plows the neighborhood roads. Fees also keep the grills and fire pit going and maintain the pavilion, picnic tables, and exterior lighting.
Rental rules
To preserve the neighborhood ambiance of The Farm and support Fading West Development’s mission, short-term rentals (VRBO, Airbnb, etc.) are not allowed. However, long-term leases of three months or greater are allowed for non-deed-restricted homes. All deed-restricted dwellings are required to be owner-occupied. Rental agreements must be reviewed and approved by the HOA board.
